Brittany Baker PT, DPT
I graduated from the University of Florida with my Bachelor’s degree in Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. After my gap year working as a rehab technician, I started my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of North Florida. In 2021, I completed my degree and passed my board exam, eager to start treating my own clinical caseload.
For 3 years following graduation, I lived in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I began taking specialized coursework in Dry Needling and Women’s Pelvic Health. During that time, I also had the opportunity to work under several McKenzie-trained therapists. I feel very fortunate to have spent my early career learning a variety of skills from several different PTs. That experience gave me a unique privilege to treat a wide range of diagnoses, from general orthopedics to specific postpartum pelvic dysfunction.
I am grateful to be back in South Florida, raising my daughter in a home that’s been in my family for three generations. In my free time, you can find me on rollerblades scooting around my toddler in a jogging stroller.
